Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

To start a return, please email us at contact@halodrift.com. Returns must be authorized via email before being sent back, unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.Ā

Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your shipment. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the unopened product and place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@halodrift.com.
